Rowan Blyth
Managing Director
Rowan has over 18 years of Field Marketing experience , having also spent 10 years in product management (Unilever and Nabisco) and a couple of years in an advertising agency (DDB Needham).
Read AllAs a founding partner of CPM Australia, Rowan has worked on a wide cross section of blue chip clients including, AGL, National Australia Bank, Telstra, Mattel and Samsung. He was the major client contact for Telstra which CPM held for more than 10 years.
More recently he has been appointed the Managing Director for Powerforce and Relay Force and has introduced a large range of systems and processes to improve business performance.
He has a Bachelor of Commerce (Melbourne University) and is on the Victorian Council of the Australian Marketing Institute.

Richard English
Chief Financial Officer
Richard joined in July 2010 as Chief Financial Officer after spending 13 years in the Advertising and PR sector.
Read AllPreviously, Richard worked for the Interpublic Group in their Public Relations division - Weber Shandwick, including six years in Singapore, London and New York where he specialised in Financial Management, Budgeting, Reporting and System implementations. Richard has significant experience with all facets of finance and is a member of the Certified Practicing Accountants Association.
He is responsible for both the Finance and IT Teams and is a key member of our Senior Leadership Team.

Trish Farrell
National Operations Manager
Trish joined Powerforce in June 2011 as National Operations Manager bringing with her 15 years experience in field operations, retail & account management.
Read AllHaving worked across many industries including, toy, pet and health & beauty, Trish has a solid understanding of client needs and expectations.
Trish has 2 key responsibilities
- Implementation of training programs to ensure all field and operations personnel are operating to their potential
- Successful introduction of our new reporting product “PACE” throughout 2011/12
Being responsible for the Operations team, her key objective within the team is to instil an attitude of “what can we do better to partner with our clients”
We want to own the store, through best practice standards and deliver beyond our client’s expectations.

Chris Brazier
General Manager Retail Facts
Chris joined in July 2009 and brings over 20 years of FMCG expertise in data analytics and delivering high performing teams that specialise in market and customer intelligence.
Read AllChris has experience spanning across Retailer, Manufacturer and Agency (Woolworths, Cadbury Schweppes and Synovate Aztec).
In July 2009 Chris was appointed as Managing Director of a new Photon Group business, Retail Insight Australia. In March 2010 he was appointed General Manager of Retail Facts whilst retaining responsibility for Retail Insight Australia.
Chris is responsible for the development of the Retail Facts and Retail Insight team. The key objective within these team are to collect and analyse point of purchase data to reveal insights which drive more profitable sales for stores and brands. This will ultimately lead to a more satisfying experience for consumers.
