    Chris McMaster

    Powerforce Managing Director

    The Blueprint Group is pleased to welcome Christine McMaster to the group as Managing Director of Powerforce.

    Joining us in November 2012 and coming to the business with over seven years of agency work and more than 20 years of FMCG experience behind her.

    Chris previously worked for Creative Activation, working across a number of divisions leading teams in Dedicated and Syndicated field models. Chris also set-up the Shopper Marketing/Customer Experience division MSAa within the business.

    Prior to this, Chris worked for the number three supermarket chain in Australia Franklins Ltd in roles from Brand Management of No Frills and other Corporate brands, Buying, Retail Operations and System Development and implementation.

    Chris will assume responsibility for the Powerforce, RelayForce and Retail Facts brands.

    Richard English

    Chief Financial Officer

    Richard joined in July 2010 as Chief Financial Officer after spending 13 years in the Advertising and PR sector.

    Previously, Richard worked for the Interpublic Group in their Public Relations division - Weber Shandwick, including six years in Singapore, London and New York where he specialised in Financial Management, Budgeting, Reporting and System implementations. Richard has significant experience with all facets of finance and is a member of the Certified Practicing Accountants Association.

    He is responsible for both the Finance and IT Teams and is a key member of our Senior Leadership Team.

    Trish joined Powerforce in 2011 and brings over 15 years of experience to Powerforce with field operations, retail & account management expertise.

    Having worked across many industries including Toy, Health & Beauty & fashion, Trish has an outstanding understanding of client needs and expectations.

    Trish’s passion is to keep the field team excited and exceed the client’s expectations, maintaining long term relationships.

    General Manager Retail Facts

    When you need Australia’s best analytical mind in the Australian Retail space, Chris Brazier meets the need.

    Chris joined Powerforce in July 2009 and brings over 20 years of FMCG expertise in data analytics, managing high performance teams that specialise in market and customer intelligence.

    Chris has worked for the best on the retailer, manufacturer and agency side, providing cutting edge insights for Woolworths, Cadbury Schweppes and Synovate Aztec.

    Chris is responsible for the Retail Facts team, who have an experienced collection team to collect market requirements either in field or over the phone. Chris and his team then put their analytical minds to work by analysing this data to reveal insights and recommendations to drive more profitable sales for stores and brands.
