NARMS - National Association for Retail Merchandising Services


The National Association for Retail Marketing Services (NARMS) and its 498 member companies have represented the Merchandising & Marketing Sales and Service Industry on an international basis for ten years. NARMS members perform well over $2 Billion in merchandising services, sales marketing, professional installation and event marketing services each year. The association promotes and establishes the benefits associated with the Merchandising & Marketing Sales and Service Industry, as well as establishing industry standards for merchandising and marketing performance along with providing critical industry research and educational information. NARMS members include merchandising service companies, event marketing & demonstration companies, mystery shopping & audit companies, manufacturer representative service companies, professional installation companies, manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers and independent food brokers. NARMS members are the industry. NARMS members provide quality merchandising and sales & marketing services to all classes of trade, such as: grocery, pharmacy, mass, department, hardware, home & building centres, computer & office supply, electronic, value retailers, specialty stores and convenience retailers. Powerforce has been a NARMS member since 1998.


MSPA - Mystery Shopping Providers Association Asia Pacific


The MSPA is the largest professional trade association dedicated to improving service quality using anonymous resources. With over 150 member companies worldwide, MSPA's diverse membership includes marketing research and merchandising companies, private investigation firms, training organizations and companies that specialize in providing mystery-shopping services. MSPA member companies work with their clients to establish mechanisms to measure and improve levels of service. Retail Facts have been members of MSPA since October 2005.


VECCI - Victorian Employers Chamber of Commerce & Industry


Originally formed in 1851, the Victorian Employers' Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VECCI) is Victoria's most influential employer group. Servicing more than 70,000 businesses each year, VECCI is an independent, non-government body formed by the business community specifically to represent business needs. He have been a member of VECCI since 2000.


ASMCA - Association of Sales and Merchandising Companies Australasia

The Association of Sales and Merchandising Companies Australasia (ASMCA) is the peak industry body for retail sales and merchandise companies in Australia. Members of ASMCA are service providers with skills ranging from full industry representation to manufacture of private label products.
