Rob is the Managing Director of the Sales & Merchandising division, bringing his general management experience and commercial acumen from senior roles over the past 15 years. His strengths are attracting, engaging and developing key talent.
Business Unit Director, VIC
Damien is a broadly experienced sales and business manager with proven success across a diverse spectrum of consumer goods and FMCG. His previous positions include national senior management roles at Manassen Foods Group, Scalzo Food Industries and FIJI Water.
His more than 12 years’ experience includes extensive dealings across a varied customer base including small to large retail, third-party distributors and major grocery. Sales expertise extends beyond strong, renowned brands and into the successful introduction and execution of private label and own brand ranges.
Business Unit Director, NSW
Ken Rapkins has extensive experience in FMCG, Retail and Manufacturing. He worked for major Australian and Global organisations including Woolworths, Ferrero, SC Johnson and Yates and has developed a strong understanding of both the FMCG and hardware retail market. In recent years Ken has also worked in the IT industry dealing with the same suppliers to the Australian retail market and gaining extensive knowledge of the challenges they face in servicing their retail clients.
National Operations Manager
Steve’s background spans 4 years in field marketing, 6 years in retail and 11 years client side. Throughout his career Steve has worked across high profile brands such as Woolworths, National Foods (now Lion) and Coca Cola Amatil.
He has brought with him vast experience in Sales and Operations across all channels in FMCG, Corporate Grocery, Independent Grocery and route, License, P&C, Mass and Vending.
